This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation with opportunities to progress and contributing to the development and implementation of effective HR strategies.
Key responsibilities include ensuring effective and efficient management of the HR inbox, including reviewing, prioritising and allocating cases to the relevant HR Advisor, progressing with your ER cases and compiling ER related reports.
This role will provide significant opportunities for development including shadowing HR Advisors and Business Partners in complex ER cases as well as coaching Managers on day to day ER queries– answering queries and providing basic practical advice to managers in HR policies and procedures, ensuring that confidentiality and compliance with GDPR is maintained at all times.
