My client, a high performance engineering consultancy rooted in motorsport and operating across a number of technical sectors, requires an experienced composite inspector for a contract role outside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure that all composite components are to the required quality standards.
- Visually inspect parts to customer standards.
- Ensure measuring equipment is kept in good working order.
Requirements
- Composite quality inspection experience from F1, Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace sectors.
- Experience and knowledge of composite components
- The ability to understand technical drawings and detailed inspection processes
- A keen eye for detail to identify defects in carbon-fibre components.
