Job Details:
- Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Salary £26,000 per annum

Role Information:
- Assist in day to day running of busy fleet department
- Working in defect sheet submissions
- Monitoring duty time on towing vehicles
- Monitoring of fuel cards
- Fleet admin duties - PO raising / invoices,
- General admin and reporting
- Dealing with drivers on a daily basis
- Comfortable working with external customers in provision of excellent customer care
We are looking for an individual with:
- IT Skills, specifically working on excel using pivot tables and vlookups
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to analyse and solve problems
- Good organisation skills with an eye for detail
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to work well in a team
