Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Site Agent on a temporary basis working on a new build project in Belvedere. 

Our client are a successful Construction and Civil Engineering contractor working on large projects across the UK specialising within Steelwork, Cladding, Groundworks, Steel Frame & RC Frame.       

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
• Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
• Deliver the work safely and without environmental incidents
• Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITP’s and waste management plans, in line with Company procedures Produce and manage the project programme and produce 2 weeks look ahead
• Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the procurement department to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks 

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS/SSSTS                                                                
• CSCS Card 
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Agent
• First aid training                                               
• Full UK Driving license + own transport

Pay: £25.00 per hour
