Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our reputable Clinical Homecare team. This role is field-based, providing one-to-one care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
- Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.
- Salary: 48,840 per annum
- Contract: Full-time
- Vehicle: Fully expensed company car & fuel card
- Annual Leave: 36 days
- Bonus: Quarterly
- Tech Support: Laptop, printer, tablet, mobile phone, and personal protection device

- Basic IT skills for managing reports and patient documentation.
- A full UK driving license is essential, as extensive travel is part of the role.
