Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students who have challenging behaviour, providing support in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Assist with both academic and behavioural challenges.
- Record student progress and identify strategies to support their development.
- Collaborate with behavioural staff, senior leadership, and class teachers to implement effective interventions.
- Support or lead interventions aimed at meeting individual learning needs.
