Location: Amwell End, Ware, SG12 9HP
Salary: £22K-£24K Pro Rata (Based on experience)
Schedule: 2 or 3 days a week; 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Start Date: December 2nd, 2024

Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to be a key player in a growing company? Our client, a family-owned business with decades of experience in commercial recycling and waste management, is looking for two part-time Office Administrators (1x 2 days per week, 1x 3 days per week) to join their supportive and dynamic team.

Your Role:

As one of their Office Administrators, you’ll be at the heart of keeping their office running smoothly. You will:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
  • Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions.
  • Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem Solving Skills - especially in logistics and recycling processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum of GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Mathematics and English.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of recycling processes and sustainability practices.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
