Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Production/Assembly Worker to help us build top-quality HVAC, induction loop, and fire suppression components. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with your hands, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What our client offers:
- Work-life balance – 39 hours per week:
- Mon-Thurs: 08:00 - 17:00 (30-minute break at 13:00)
- Fri: 08:00 - 13:00 (early finish!)
- Optional overtime – but only when needed

- Assemble a variety of products – from one-offs to large-scale runs.
- Operate production machinery safely and effectively.
- Inspect and ensure every product meets our high standards.
- Fix mechanical issues or flag them to your supervisor.
- Keep the production area tidy and equipment in top shape.
- Help with packing, stocking, and deliveries during busy times or when covering holidays.
- Occasionally drive the company van for pickups or drop-offs.
- Basic experience with tools (screwdrivers, pliers, drills, etc.).
- Some knowledge of electrical wiring is a plus.
- A standard driving license.
- A strong work ethic, team spirit, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Previous experience in production or warehousing.
- Manual handling skills and familiarity with production equipment.
- An FLT license is a plus, but not essential.
- Comfortable with occasional overtime and open to learning new things like site installations.
