Role Details

Position: Year 5 Teaching Assistant

Type: Full-time contract role

Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the lead teacher in delivering an engaging curriculum.

- Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Help monitor and assess student progress.

- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.

- Participate in weekly learning trips to enhance the educational experience.

Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS check to work as a year 5 teaching assistant

- Valid experience as a Teaching Assistant in the UK- ideally year 5 teaching assistant experience.

- A genuine passion for education and supporting children's learning journeys

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit and ability to commute reliably to Battersea
