Pattern/Mould Maker

Duties include -
- Work in conjunction with Design department to confirm manufacturing route.
- Manufacture pattern as per route card issue number / rev number.
- Transfer tool paths to CNC machines in Pattern shop and manufacture parts.
- Manufacture running and gating systems either by hand or CNC machining referenced on route card and/or assembly technique.
- Assemble pattern and running and gating system and prepare for the ceramic mould department.
- Operate 3D sand printing machine.
- Use of Fork Lift and overhead crane - refresher courses provided.
Hours of work;
Monday to Thursday - 8am to 4.40pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm - 39 hours worked
