Equitas are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to inspire athletes of all ages to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and coaching, with a focus on educating and developing athletes in various disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging coaching sessions tailored to the needs of both individuals and teams, following the client’s established curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback to help athletes enhance their skills and performance.
- Inspire and motivate athletes to set and achieve personal and team goals.
- Organise and oversee training sessions, matches, and competitions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes at all times.
- Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to support the athletes' development journey.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in sports coaching or appropriate qualifications.
- A strong understanding of sports techniques, strategies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for mentoring and guiding athletes to realize their potential.
- Ability to motivate both individuals and teams to achieve success.
