Our Client is a well-established family-run business and they are currently seeking a Aftersales Administrator to join their team.
For your hard work as a Aftersales Administrator our client is offering a salary of £26,000 basic.
Hours of work for this Aftersales Administrator role are Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Saturday mornings on a rota.
Responsibilities of a Aftersales Administrator for our Client:
- Provide comprehensive support to our Aftersales Department.
- Interact with customers in person and over the phone, accurately recording their needs.
- Book vehicles into our workshop and arrange service loan vehicles.
- Produce customer invoices and process warranty claims.
- Assist in our Parts Department operations.
- Strong enthusiasm and organisational skills.
- Ability to ask questions and seek help when needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- A genuine desire to learn and develop your skills.
- A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
