What you'll do 

The role of Head of Recruitment Delivery (HoRD), UK is split into two primary areas of responsibility: Volume Delivery and Workforce Planning.

Dedicated to supporting our teams as they work to make a positive impact on our clients' strategic success and PeopleScout's commercial performance, you'll focus on the latest delivery strategies and solution designs. These are based on high-volume recruitment best practice, market conditions, industry-leading technology and data insights, all of which ensure that we maintain prosperous partnerships with everyone we work with.

You'll also champion our ‘Bigger, Better, Smarter, Deeper' strategy, help to nurture and grow our company culture, and create global resource plans that access talent in the UK, Poland and India to build high-performing client teams and internal structures.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Recruitment Team Managers, and providing strategic direction to ensure excellent client delivery
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand and align volume delivery strategies with our clients' business goals
  • Implementing operational processes to streamline recruitment workflows
  • Helping to design and utilise data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Developing a comprehensive workforce planning strategy for volume RPO service delivery
  • Helping to analyse current and future staffing needs
  • Using analytics and forecasting to identify potential gaps in workforce capacity and recommending solutions to address fluctuations in demand
  • Staying up-to-speed with industry best practice, emerging technologies and workforce planning trends
  • Championing our vision, purpose and values, and acting as a positive role model
  • Motivating your team and driving growth and development
  • Ensuring business aligned results from your team by outlining role expectations
  • Taking a proactive approach to performance management

Who we're looking for

To be a success in this role you'll have extensive experience of recruitment and workforce management, with a focus on high-volume hiring, preferably within the RPO or staffing industry. An inspirational leader with the ability to build, manage and drive the performance of diverse teams, you'll be familiar with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

You will have:

  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes, client engagement, and operational optimisation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with Client Services and other key internal stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • A results-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing competing priorities effectively.

Also desirable is the experience of working with offshore delivery centres, the ability to develop and present scope of work services for stakeholders, and knowledge of the latest sourcing technologies and platforms.
