This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic building consultancy in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
Reporting to the Head Of Office, you will be assisting a number of departments within the business. Responsibilities will include, but is not limited to :
Booking Travel and Accommodation
Assist with the organisation of events, internally and externally
Take and direct phone calls and take accurate messages
Type and Format reports
Take minutes at meetings
Deal with any maintenance issues that arise, reporting them to the Head of Office.
Responsible for maintaining office supplies and ordering ad-hoc items
Input data onto valuation and payment certificate
Format and issue contract documents and tenders
The ideal candidate will hold a formal qualification in administration (NVQ level 3 or equivalent) and have strong demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office
It is also essential you have held a similar role in a busy office environment and are a true team player.
