  • Ensuring safety measures implemented are both reasonable and practicable, adapting your approach to the specific works being carried out.

As the Health and Safety Advisor you will need the following Skills and Experience:

  • NEBOSH Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working on M&E projects
  • Environmental management qualification or relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience working within construction & building maintenance environments.
  • Proven experience as one of the main duty holders under CDM 2015 (Principal Contractor / Principal Designer).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We are looking for someone who can articulate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
  • CSCS Safety Professional card.
  • Understanding of Management System Standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001).
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • A proactive and adaptive approach to safety, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High quality standards and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to support projects.
  • Ability to work a mix of working in the office, at home, and on customer sites as works dictate.

As the Health and Safety Advisor you will be offered a competitive salary up to £55k, depending on experience, a company car, enhanced benefits and the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects across the UK.
