Supplier Compliance Officer

Our client are currently expanding across their Major Projects business to support a portfolio of project successes. To support this growth they anticipate the need for a Supplier Compliance Officer with the ability to communicate across all levels, ideally with demonstrable experience in business central (ERP system) on a 6 months maternity cover with potential to extend up be 12 months.

As part of the opportunity there will be a requirement to travel with some extended periods away from the main office to support Supplier Audits.

What will you be doing?
Day to day you will manage and improve supplier qualification process per OP-(phone number removed) and process supplier & subcontractor forms (PQQ). Ensuring PQQ’s of Top 100 suppliers and PQQ’s of Subcontractors are kept updated while progressing other buyer assigned PQQ’s.

When required you will train additional users of eProcurement system re Supplier Qualification Process and assist in managing HR & Subs orders. You will also ensure compliance of Suppliers, Colleagues and self with ABL Code of Conduct.

So what do you need to be considered?
  • 3+ years procurement or finance experience
  • Used to working with ERP systems (ideally Oracle or MS Nav)
  • Experienced user of MS suite, especially Word, Powerpoint & Excel
  • Familiarity with procurement software (e.g. Scanmarkets or other eProcurement Tools)
  • A Level or Highers Qualified
