As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting teachers with offering a child-centred approach to pupils aged 4 – 16. A majority of the children have ASD, and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). Therefore, previous experience with the needs mentioned is essential to succeeding. Transferable skills are valuable.

This SEN School provides care for pupils predominantly diagnosed with Autism. This SEN School cater to a total of 193 pupils. The school is based in Hackney, with several transport and bus links including the London Overground. The school was awarded an Ofsted inspection rating of Outstanding in 2023.
