£26,000 - £28,000/annum plus benefits

We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to work in our reactive repairs team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Running daily schedules for team of 5-6 trade Operatives (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc)
  • Continually liaising with trade Operatives, tenants and clients (local authority or housing association) by phone, email and live chat regarding updates on repairs
  • Arranging parts or materials for click/collect where not available from usual suppliers
  • Logging multiple engineer work requests onto the in-house job management system and tracking each request through to completion

Skills / Experience for this role:

  • Experience required of working in a similar role scheduling routes and issuing jobs to engineers
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent resource planning and administration skills

This is a permanent full-time position based in our office (not remote working).

Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday or Sunday in four required – paid extra to salary.
