Tate Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Manager on behalf of our client.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes. They are seeking a dynamic Customer Services Manager to cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service, drive strategic objectives, and help to elevate customer service standards to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the delivery of customer services across the business.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Lead and develop a team, ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
  • Provide insights and reports on customer service performance and team effectiveness.
  • Build inter-departmental relationships, particularly with compliance and underwriting teams, to drive positive customer outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years plus of experience in customer services, ideally in financial services or high-cost, short-term lending.
  • Strong team management and people development skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A solid understanding of UK financial services and customer service best practices.
