Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Mental Health Nurses to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in Greater Manchester. As an Ad-Hoc Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs across various settings, including hospitals, residential units, and community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive mental health nursing care to patients.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions.
• Administer medication and monitor patient responses.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
• Valid NMC Pin.
• Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
