Reporting to: Head of Print Production

A leading creative and technical design company specializing in design, artworking, digital content, print production, experiential brand activation, and sustainable production is looking for a skilled Production Manager to join their team.

Role Overview: As a Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in the company by acting as the bridge between the Project Team and Production Departments. You will advise on suitable production methods, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand specifications. This role requires a balance of hands-on production management while taking on a broader role within the team, supporting the Production Team Manager, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring smooth workflow.

The work environment is fast-paced and often high-pressure, requiring a proactive and flexible attitude. The team combines structured project management approaches with adaptable methods to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in all work interactions.
  • Work closely with project teams to plan timelines and advise on materials and production techniques, considering sustainability and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure works orders are accurate and that projects are delivered to client expectations.
  • Play a key role in production kick-off and wrap-up meetings, fostering collaboration and problem-solving across departments.
  • Monitor production capacity and workflow, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Manage logistics, installations, and quality control for all production work.
  • Promote sustainability practices and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and oral.
  • Experience in the graphics and creative production industry.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with flexibility and a focus on team collaboration.
