Our rapidly expanding manufacturing client, in Haverhill, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assembly Operative.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of their production process, responsible for assembling components for their products to maximize their production. While prior experience in assembly work is not essential, we will progress individuals who possess the right attributes and work ethic.

This is a temporary position with a potential permanent placement offering 39 hours per week. The hours will be 8am-4.30pm.
As a Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include interpreting assembly instructions, gathering necessary materials, and using hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently. You will play a key role in keeping production ahead, ensuring the team can maximize their output. You must also be physically fit, as the job requires lifting up to 25kg.
Additionally, you'll work closely with the production team to ensure that assemblies meet quality standards and contribute to overall workflow efficiency.
