Role: Site Manager
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £55,00 p/a (dependent on experience)

Are you an experienced Site Manager with prior experience in large scale civils and utilities projects and looking for a fresh opportunity?

We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, an integrated design and delivery solution provider within the utilities sector.

They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Site Manager to strengthen their construction team.
This role will cover directing and overseeing the safe and effective management of site teams working on a range of projects across waste and clean water, utilising internal teams as well as specialist sub-contractors.

Key duties:

• To manage, supervise and mentor the site team as required
• Maintain and promote cost conscious management through efficient use of all resources
• Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated
• Produce, review and brief teams on method statements and risk assessments
• Ensure all records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File in a timely manner following scheme completion
• Attend all training associated with Site management duties including appointed person, temporary works etc as required

Requirements:

• Relevant Civil Engineering or Site Management Qualifications
• Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
• CSCS Site Manager (Min)
• First Aid at Work
• Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry
• Experience in deep excavation and civils construction
