TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for an excellent firm of chartered accountants in Sandwich, East Kent who are looking for a Client Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic local firm of accountants at a key part of their growth journey.

Our client is a general practice firm of chartered accountants who provide a mix of accountancy and tax services to local businesses across the Southeast. They promote a relaxed environment and a great work life balance too. You will manage an interesting client portfolio, and there are great progression prospects on offer too for those looking to become a partner in the future.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and being the primary contact for clients across a variety of industries 

Preparation of statutory accounts 

Preparation of management accounts

Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns

Reviewing junior staff's work 

Advising clients with general tax, accounting and software queries

Requirements

ACA/ ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified, or qualified by experience

3+ years experience within an accountancy practice

General practice experience across accounts and tax

Experience of cloud software such as Sage, Xero and/ or QuickBooks would be advantageous

Benefits

£40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
