Job Title : Exterior Systems CAD Design Engineer
Location :Warwick (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Outside IR35

Job Description
As Exterior CAD design Engineer your main responsibilities are:
- 5+ years of Automotive Design experience in Exterior systems within Bumpers, Grilles, Fenders, Exterior Trim, Spoilers, Lighting
- Experience using CATIA V5
- Plastic injection moulded parts experience.
- Knowledge of Exterior methodologies and general requirements (Industry best practice and legislation)
- Experience in working to requirements and design rules and iterating following CAE / virtual test analysis and feedback.
- Releasing experience.
- Experience liaising with suppliers and incorporating DFM and Moldflow feedback.
Nice to have:
- High end SUV experience
- BEV / EV experience
- Ideally has worked in several Exterior commodities (e.g. Bumpers and Spoilers)
- Start-up experience.
