Package:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-value power generation projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee domestic and international projects, ensuring seamless integration into power grids.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage subcontractors and develop your project team’s capabilities.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones and outcomes.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure projects stay on budget while maintaining high standards.

You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing multi-megawatt power generation projects, with a focus on diesel and gas systems.
  • Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, especially in grid integration.
  • Leadership abilities, including mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent client relationship management, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally (20-30%).
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred but not essential with relevant technical experience).
