A professional construction consultancy are searching for a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their supportive and collaborative team in central London.

This opportunity offers the chosen Graduate Building Surveyor a true variety of workloads, with a promise to give you full exposure to a range of projects across multiple sectors, to get you over the APC line.

Role and responsibilities

As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain invaluable, first-hand experience, supporting the current team in delivering projects for clients, across the commercial, heritage, arts, retail and education/ public sectors.

This role is perfectly suited to an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor who's looking to kick start their career, within a professional and established environment, with full APC support.

Person specification

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited (Essential)
  • Any previous construction, property experience would be beneficial
  • Dedicated to APC progression
  • Strong communication skills, with written ability
