What you'll be doing:

-Developing and ensuring correct compliance with data governance policies in relation to Master Data
-Coaching and training a team of your own building which will include Data Stewards, Analysts and Specialists
-Defining data quality rules
-Working with key stakeholders to ensure best practices within your department
-Taking the lead for characterising the Master Data governance framework
-Working alongside the IT team to fix data integrity issues and accomplish data cleansing activities

What You'll Need to succeed:

-Proven experience in data management and AP, P2P
-A proficiency in Data Governance and SAP Master Data Management
-Be able to work effectively with stakeholders
-SAP ECC/ SAP S/ 4HANA Master Data experience
-Be able to guide and support members of the team and be able to develop the more junior members
-A high level of project management skills
-Excellent team management experience
