Head of Projects
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join a leading FM & building services provider in London.
This is a full time permanent role covering a portfolio of maunfacturing sites across the UK.
This position is paying up too £90,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Projects:
- Develop and lead teams providing training and development
- Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenues to the business unit
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence.
- Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts.
- Manage Business unit forecast
- Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream
Head of Projects essential experience:
- Proven track record of delivering projects in a retail environment
- Experience of developing new project opportunities
- Proven experience of running a P&L
- Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
- Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.
