The ideal candidate:

  • Have previous experience of teaching in Early Years
  • Have outstanding knowledge of the early learning goals
  • Have excellent behaviour management skills
  • Work collaboratively with other members of staff and colleagues
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Be flexible and approachable to all

 

Qualifications required:

  • Experience teaching in Primary Schools
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have a passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • Adaptable style of teaching for different learning styles
  • Creating a positive learning environment for students to learn
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
