- Leadership: Motivate and manage academic staff, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of HE programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for income generation and drive recruitment and promotional activities.
- Operational Management: Oversee timetables, resources, and budgets to support teaching and learning.
- Essential: Undergraduate degree, project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills.
- Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications, experience in program development and stakeholder engagement.
