The role:

Are you a Software Buyer seeking a Lead Buyer position or your first role in software procurement? Join our Software Procurement team, where you'll manage IT and software spend across the Group, including Enterprise Software, SaaS, and Software Services. You'll support Software Category Managers in the UK, France, and Italy, handling software procurement and competitions, fostering relationships with partners and suppliers, and delivering optimal procurement outcomes. The role offers the chance to focus on renewals and re-negotiations or to run international competitions. With a dynamic and flexible work environment, this is a unique opportunity to expand your skills and develop your career within a collaborative team of eight Category Managers and Buyers, part of a larger group of thirty professionals across Stevenage, Rome, and Paris.

What we want from you:

We are seeking an individual with a solid understanding of software and software procurement, or someone eager to learn and develop these essential skills. The ideal candidate possesses excellent soft skills and is either a Buyer ready to advance their career or a Buyer looking to transition into their first role in Software. You should be open to travel and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and partners across multifunctional teams, whether in person or remotely in locations such as Rome, Paris, or the UK.
