Multi Skilled Operative- Wet Rooms

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum + van and fuel card

Area: North Somerset, Bristol and Swindon

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a housing association to recruit an experienced multi trade operative / wet room fitter to join their team on a permanent basis.

 A company van and fuel card are provided along with a great benefits package.

This role would suit a multi skilled trades person with an NVQ in one trade. You will be experienced in installing wet rooms and also be able to provide general domestic repairs when neccessary.

You will be working across a range of void and occupied properties so excellent customer service skills are needed.

Main responsibilities:

Undertaking all aspects of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting as required, installing wet rooms and assisting with making good and repairs in a variety of domestic properties.

You will be familiar with routine preventative maintenance and reactive works and be able to manage your own workload and work to deadlines. 

Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence 
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
