Telesales Representative

Our client the leading provider of design, print, signage, marketing and web solutions based in Poole, who are seeking a new Telesales Representative to join their team.

Offering a salary of £25,000 - £27,500 and an impressive OTE of £45,000+, working business hours of Monday - Friday fully on site.

As a Telesales Representative you will be combining innovative design with cutting-edge printing technology, helping businesses create lasting impressions. As a key part of the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client's success while offering a full suite of services across the group.

Responsibilities as a Telesales Representative:

• Promote and sell a diverse range of services including signage, print, design, mailing, and marketing
• Manage both existing accounts and prospect for new business opportunities
• Follow up on leads and make outbound calls to potential clients
• Build and nurture lasting relationships by delivering outstanding customer service
• Track and manage leads using necessary CRM software
• Communicate product information clearly and effectively to influence decision-makers

Requirements as a Telesales Representative:

• 2+ years of proven telesales experience or similar sales role
• Excellent communication skills with a natural talent for building rapport
• A passion for exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM systems or similar
• Fluent English with a confident and persuasive telephone manner
