Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on material handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Repairs & Replacements: Conduct necessary repairs and replace faulty components to maintain high productivity levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to depot staff and clients, helping them solve technical challenges.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in mechanical or hydraulic systems; experience with forklifts is a plus.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Learning: A strong desire to expand your expertise in material handling equipment.

What We Offer:

• Workshop or Field based work depending on preference

• Competitive Salary: £30,000 to £35,000, commensurate with experience.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Overtime Pay: Time and a half for overtime, double time on Sundays.
