Contract Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible start and finish times)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
- Support the finance team with processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Update and manage spreadsheets and financial databases.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required by the finance team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in an administrative role needed
- Basic knowledge of finance or accounting procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, SAGE and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
