Extra Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Aldridge, to providing a positive, friendly image to their clients and customers, they require someone to use their strong admiration to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Administrator Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Deal with inbound and outbound calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail deliveries.
Update customers with lead times and due dates
Administrator Details:
Location: Aldridge
Pay: £12.50
Schedule: 8.00am to 4.300pm
Duration: 12-week temp to perm
Administrator Requirements:
General Administration duties
MS Office and Excel experience is essential
Good written & spoken English
Good phone manner
