Job Profile

As a Partner, you’ll be responsible for driving the estate agency’s profile in your designated area. With full autonomy, you'll handle everything from marketing and developing local business contacts to valuing properties and converting leads. While you’ll have the independence of working from home, you’ll also have access to a local office hub where a team of negotiators, sales progressors, and administrators will support the sales process from listing to completion. This role offers a perfect balance between entrepreneurial freedom and the security of being fully employed.

Duties
 

  • Build and manage the estate agency’s profile in your local area
  • Conduct market appraisals and convert opportunities into instructions
  • Oversee the entire sales process from valuation to completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and local contacts
  • Implement local marketing and canvassing strategies
  • Work closely with the central hub office for support in sales progression and administration


Skills & Experience
 

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in estate agency
  • Proven ability to manage and develop business in a defined area
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business generation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in managing the full sales process
  • Flexibility to work both from home and in an office environment
