What would I be doing as a Multi Skilled Engineer?

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on machinery
• Efficiently respond to mechanical and electrical plant and equipment breakdowns
• Have sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform fault finding and diagnosis on PLC controlled machinery
• Be responsible for recording all work undertaken in accordance with company policy
• Working in line with Health & Safety procedures at all time

The qualifications and experience required to be a Multi Skilled Engineer…?

• Time served or other relevant qualification within Electrical Engineering
• Multi skilled with an Electrical Bias split 60/40
• Qualified to 17th/18th edition wiring regulations (essential)
• Knowledge and experience working with PLC’s is advantageous.
• Sound understanding of mechanical systems such as but not limited to pumps, pipes, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Show good communication and work well in a team
• Have a UK Driving License (essential).
