Job Profile

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you’ll manage your own client relationships, generate business leads, and work closely with the estate agency team to maximise in-branch opportunities. Your role will involve advising clients on mortgage options, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to client care. This role provides a stimulating and fast-paced environment with excellent earning potential.

Duties
 

• Engage with clients to assess their mortgage and protection needs
• Build and maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up on leads generated by the estate agency team
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Work closely with estate agents, administrators, compliance teams, and sales directors
• Generate your own leads and drive business growth

Skills & Experience
 

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple clients
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients through various channels
• Ability to work collaboratively with branch teams to identify referral opportunities
• Strong presence in front of a camera for social media and client engagement

Hours of Work
 

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
