Programme Manager

Are you an experienced Programme Manager ready to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-value, cutting-edge technology projects? Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join their team in South London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a high-profile development programme.

Due to security, this role is only open to sole British nationals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as the liaison between project management and key stakeholders.
• Support the Programme/Account Manager in managing project relationships, including partners, suppliers, and beneficiaries, ensuring delivery objectives are met through effective collaboration.
• Assist the Business Development function in pursuing and capturing new opportunities, leading to the award of associated contracts.
• Provide robust leadership to drive team performance, competence, and talent, serving as a mentor and role model.

Qualifications:

• Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering or technical subject, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
• Strong team leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop people.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of working effectively at all levels.
• Professional demeanour in dealing with internal and external customers.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must be able to gain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance. Sole British nationality is essential due to security.
