The main outline of the role entails:

  • Train, assess, and mentor apprentices working towards their Level 5 qualifications.
  • Offer ongoing guidance and support throughout the entire duration of the apprenticeship program.
  • Develop and contribute to the creation of coursework and training materials provided to learners.
  • Conduct workplace visits to monitor and evaluate learner progress.
  • Provide occasional support to students at Levels 2 and 3, as well as those working on functional skills.

Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):

  • Must hold a level 5 in management In social care (or above)
  • 2 years minimum experience as a registered care manager
  • Either a Relevant assessor or teaching qualification (both desirable)
  • Experience assessing/ Training
