The Role:
SMART EDUCATION is seeking to recruit dynamic and passionate Female Physical Education Teachers for secondary schools in the Balsall Common area. This full-time role will commence in January 2024 and run until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will join a school dedicated to enhancing students' academic, social, and mental well-being through creativity and collaboration. The school places students at the heart of its learning ethos and values partnerships with local communities and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality PE lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential in physical education
• Support students' overall development, both physically and mentally
• Work closely with the PE department and contribute to team success
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A commitment to delivering high-quality PE lessons
• A track record of success in raising student attainment and engagement
• A collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and the wider school community

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• At least 6 months' experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students

Salary: £145.11 - £215.89 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Temporary
Location: Balsall Common
