HR Manager

Salary: Upto £40k/ annum depending on experience
Location: Liverpool, West Yorkshire
6 month FTC - December start date

Full time permanent role
Our client is a leading global business based in Liverpool seeking a HR Manager. This is a full time new and exciting role for someone with a minimum 5 years HR experience.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual who is looking for a new challenge in a growing business.

Key duties of the HR Manager role will include:
Overseeing and updating Learning and Development pathway
Sharing ideas and innovation on HR processes
Conducting HR reviews, return to works, absence management
Facilities management - overseeing office environment and smooth day to day operations
Liaising with external IT provider
Co-ordinating new starter materials and set up functions
Liaising with external payroll provider
Ensuring company insurances are fully up to date
Co-ordinating pension contributions
Problem solving and working to deadlines
Working as part of the wider business operation
Overseeing processes for company expenses, travel and contracts of employment

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week that involves flexible hours between 8:30am and 5pm.
