Housing Options Officer

I am looking for a number of Housing Options Officer to join two different Local Authorities within Essex to get started as soon as possible!
The role:
- Provide a frontline service to customers, who are seeking advice/assistance with regards to their housing needs
- To undertake formal investigations under Pt V11 Housing Act 1996 (as amended)
- Issue Section 184 decisions within the required timescales
- Produce Personal Housing Plans (PHP)
Office presence: 2 days in the office
Rate: £27/£30 (dependant on knowledge)
Contract length: 3 months / 6 months
It is required that you have experience working in Housing Options!
