School Administrator – Primary School in Coventry
Are you an experienced administrator with a strong skillset in communication and organisation? T4S Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in Coventry for a dedicated School Administrator to join their team immediately after half term.
Position Details:
- Role: School Administrator (Temporary, Long Term)
- Location: Primary School, Coventry
- Start Date: Immediately after half term
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Hourly Rate: £12 - £16 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-facing receptionist duties, welcoming visitors and assisting with inquiries
- General administration, maintaining a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting staff and management with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, with strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy school office environment
- School administration experience preferred
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous
