As Construction Engineer / Estimator you will be tasked with the delivery of multiple fencing projects of varying complexity and value. Our Client is at the forefront of supply and erection of all types of security fencing and has an excellent reputation for quality and performance. Based in Rostrevor, they have grown to become one of the leading fencing companies in the Irish market

Some of your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• First point of contact with customer interactions and quotations,
• Managing contractual documentation for the sites
• Keeping track of costings and budgetary control of projects
• Creating and looking after job information files for the projects

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Excellent client facing skills with ability to see projects through to completion, on time and to budget, communicating with both clients and sub-contractors.
• 3rd level qualification in a relevant technical discipline such as Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management.
• Highly desirable but not essential, experience in a similar role within a similar fencing or steelwork installation company.
• Excellent negotiation skills and positive attitude to problems.
