Role & Responsibilities

As General Manager, you’ll control all site activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards, with a focus on exceptional customer care and satisfaction. Overseeing daily operations, you’ll manage workflows, monitor budgets, and negotiate with suppliers to maximise profitability and uphold our strong reputation.

In this role, you’ll handle customer escalations professionally and keep clients informed on repair timelines and costs. Leading a skilled team, you’ll foster a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Essential:

• VDA Background
• Highly skilled in Audatex
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of technical issues
• Previous experience in managing a team and well-versed in workshop control
• The position does require extensive knowledge of repair methodology and modern repair techniques
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Desirable (but not essential):

• IMI / ATA valid but not required
• Currently in the role of a General Manager or Bodyshop Manager
