Our Client has an immediate opening for an Associate/Partner Agent to work in theupper quartile property market within the Welwyn & Welwyn Garden City area.

Earning potential £50,000 - £100,000 OTE

What you do:

· Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale

· Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business

· Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion

· Maintain strong client relationships

· Provide exceptional service to the clients

Who are we looking for:

· An experienced Agent with a minimum of 2 years experience in and around the Welwyn area.

· You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients

· You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
