Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a five-strong team at a £35m a year turnover main contractor / partnership developer in Woolwich.
The successful candidate must have a good basic grasp of the commercial management of new build housing schemes of around 60 units with build values from £10m to £50m and hold a full riving licence. The role is office-based and will require frequent visits to sites throughout Greater London.

Candidate Essentials
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 4+ years’ experience of building main contracting (mainly D&B) in Greater London.
Interviews are available immediately with employment intended to commence before Christmas and salary is competitive, negotiable around £40k + package.
